No military solution for Gaza
PES President Poul Nyrup Rasmussen warned “There is no military solution to the insecurity of life in and around Gaza. Only a comprehensive political agreement between Israel and Palestine will create the conditions for peace and security. There is a real danger that the result of the conflict, in addition to the civilian casualties and humanitarian crisis, will be strengthened support for Hamas.”
