"The biggest problem in Poland now is lack of tolerance" was the startling statement of Polish social democratic party leader Grzegorz Napieralski at ECOSY summer camp. The young, recently-elected party leader said that there was a lack of tolerance towards sexual minorities, and a lack of tolerance for other religions apart from Catholicism. He added that Poland didn't have a problem with migration - which implied to me that there would be a lack of tolerance to migrants if there were any!!!

intolerance is often an idea that is put in peoples head by conservative politicians. They claim certain issue like safety or common values and than they full it with blaming people that are "different". They say that people that are "different" are causing the unsafe city's or attacking or values. We need to fight this. We should also start the debat on these issue and present an alternative. That living together can only enrich us. Safty and others is ofcours not or core bisness as socialist, but that does not mean that we can't sometimes get in the debate. The debate on issue that often cause intolerance is to mush dominated by the conservatives wish only makes the intolerance feeling stronger. How we can completely stop intolerance is a very big debate, that can not be solved by one solution.
