I know the British National Health Service can be improved, but I still personally believe that Free Health Service and Free Education from cradle to grave should be part of the fundamental human rights of every citizen, but let's start in the EU first.

I prefer: "health and education as a human right financed by taxes" Isn´t it more pedagogical?

I didn't want to limit the ways that government could deliver this. Some might want to do it via something similar to the NHS. Some might want to do via indirect taxation used to fund private health companies. These differences should be down to the individual country, what is more important is that every human-being within the EU has free access to first class health and education provision.
