Financial flows between North and South raises my concerns as I would like to see more transparency on all the process, not only from the donors but also from those who receive the funds. When I think on this, I conclude I have much more questions than answers to give: why didn't the developed countries reached the 0.7% of the GPD to aid developing countries, promised years ago? Nevertheless, does all the money reach its final "destination", or it is rather deturned somewhere in the middle of the transference process? And how can we improve transparency?
